Ours is an independent bed-sitter made up of living area with kitchenette, toilet and an intermediate floor with two single bed.

The residence that accommodates the house, is by the end of the nineteenth century, with a big garden in which are shown two age-old and beautiful Lebanon’s cedars

The B&B has been obtained building an intermediate floor of a big room that anciently was the porter’s lodge of the “Pastificio Ferraro” (Ferraro Pasta Factory), an historical food’s factory of Santhià.

It has wooden floors and is provided with heating, toilet with shower, TV and free Wi-Fi.
